Mismatch: User selected a tray that has not been installed
We are having the same issue with reports written in CR 9 (craxdrt9.dll ver.9.2.3.787 ) and printing via the Crystal Report Viewer from our C++ application. Users can also print from other applications but not from Crystal Report Viewer. We get the same message as above - "Crystal Reports...- PS001
