    The Memory Could Not be Read

    I am getting an error stating "The instruction at 0x04b1df35 referenced memory at 0x000000e0. The memory could not be read." If anyone has had this problem could you tell me what causes it and how I can fix it?

    Thanks for all the help. I believe that I have resolved the problem. I uninstalled and rebooted seems to be fixed.

    I tried the suggestion saying to start up in safe mode. I did exactly like it said. I unchecked automatically restart and rebooted. It blue screened and in the stop message it gave ialmdnt5.dll error. I am looking into this to see what exactly this is any suggestions.

    I work for a company that uses Compaq EVO.All of these PC's have EX installed on them. Some of the PC's, after we turn them on and they boot up, run script logic, all the icons on the desktop show up then the PC automatically reboots itself and it will not get out of this loop wihtout pressing...
