    Skip- Got it. I was able to import the data file, now I just have to figure out how to sort through the data to meet my needs. I'll have to tinker around with it for a while....hopefully, I'll be able to figure it out.

    Skip- I'm not sure I follow you on this one....and no, I haven't had a chance to try MS Query. I don't have the software installed on my machine, or at least if I do, I can't find it. The link you gave doesn't make sense to me at all.

    SLOW SHUTDOWN FIX!

    Bulk- I wanted to say thanks for the info. I have had this problem with the delayed shutdown of Win2k, and your suggestion about un-installing the Windows security updates was right on. Thanks again.
