You could always make a it into 1 volume and then share the volume. Its slow and unstable, but it will do what you want I think.

why not just change the file permission to read /write, or remove the delete permission from the folder. That would be alot easier to arrange.

Okay, Basically, set your gateway up to the of the Linksys router I am assuming its 192.168.1.1, let it give out the DHCP Address, Stop windows NT 4 from giving out Address, you dont need 2 dhcp servers for 4 clients (overkill ;)) Thats the easiest way to do it, that how my home setup is setup ;)

You might have a semi-corrupt sam account. i had this on an win2k pro machine, even as administrator, i couldnt change some settings and it bugged till i stupidly deleted some accounts and then it let me delete the files on the local machine..... just a thought....

That normally regarded as RAID fail safe, where you have data mirroring between your 2 NT 4.0 partitions. It has it merits. esp if the main windows installations fails...

It turns out my server just needed a reboot :) So its all good, that makes me wonder about if the sever needs and upgrade i saw it only has 128mb ram, so i think i might put a request in for more memory

I dont know if this would apply to you, but some mice have a switch underneath or to the sided to change it form 2 button mode to 3 button mode. I have seen this cause problems before to the same sorta result. If your mouse has this, try changing the switch.. Also look at the hardware...
