PPD1232, I assume is an app that is also used to prgram/backup system other than station programming? Is overlay Pro a component of it as well? Thanks in advance!!!
I have purchased KA-281 software to keep a "backup" of program parameters of two separate TD-816 installations. Wanted to work "offline" to print out custom overlays but found that software version will not allow to work non connected to system. This is registered version with dealer access...
Configuration is 4 CO & 5 stations. I wish to use a fax at a jack but maintain CO line for rest of system. Previous maintenance on system in other building was Panasonic Eas-Phone that required me to use Viking fax/voice switch in series on incoming CO , then to system CO port. Would the same be...
Does this older analog system support capability to assign a different ring tone for a new incoming CO line that will ring on assigned stations only? Ideally, this line would not be in normal hunt group? Know Avaya products..this system is significantly older, obviously do not have ref manual yet.
Chris: So If my operators are at Ext 10, 11, their respective phones for lines 1-6 would be immediate ring, while all other extensions would be delay ring? What is the default for Ext 10, 11 to pick up before "rolling over" to other extensions? One other point, If other extensions are set for NO...
Just installed R6.0 ACS to replace a older Partner 3.1 processor. Need assistance to have Station 10 and 11 answer the six incoming lines. Currently all stations are ringing incoming lines. What program setting to have station 10 & 11 (Operators) to handle incoming lines first, then if not...
OK so I should read :( I looked through forum and found the answer. The older 5-slot carriers have tab on bottom that prevents access to battery compartment. The newer carriers are grey and have the tabs on top. Solution is to break off the tab in current carrier, better solution is to...
Thanks to telprog, ttech and of course TouchToneTommy!!! I failed to see ttech's reply before I initiated question about migrating from R3.1 to ACS R6.0. But does anyone have information about the question about 5-slot carrier?
Thanks
Richard
The existing configuration: SLOT1 (206 E R3.0), SLOT2 (206 R3.1), SLOT3 (Processor 3.1), SLOT4 (206 R2.0), SLOT5 (206E R4.1) Would I be able to upgrade seemlessly to ACS? What's the current release?
If the existing Partner 3.1 has 7 of the 8 available line inputs used (I have four 206 's)...
If the existing Partner 3.1 has 7 of the 8 available line inputs used (I have four 206 's), then how is that going to be affected by the new ACS R 6.0 with its own 3 line and 8 extension connections?
By the way...This is probably the best forum I have ever found with such a GREAT number of...
Ok..I can solder but it obviously makes more sense to upgrade to ACS. The existing configuration: SLOT1 (206 E R3.0), SLOT2 (206 R3.1), SLOT3 (Processor 3.1), SLOT4 (206 R2.0), SLOT5 (206E R4.1) Would I be able to upgrade seemlessly to ACS? What's the current release? Thanks again
What's symptom of possible bad battery backup? Current Processor (3.1) has had history of power outages, but system usually comes back up all ok. It's now reported that Feature *71 doesn't work as well as individual pages to assigned stations. Am I missing something else? Is there an upgraded...
OK:I believe that I've determined the 206 module(refurb) to be bad, go figure. With the new line 7 verified with butt testor, the line was attempted to be reached by "Intercom 807", no DT. I powered rack down, swapped 206 with one that was in Slot 3, powered rack up, and checked Line 5...
