While capturing - With any variations to the settings
the video comes out all jerky - it's missing some FRAMES, and I always get a message saying that it had to drop frames. NTSC mode
Is there any way to FIX this?

So in essence, capture everything in NTSC mode, and export it to MPEG. I hope that it will play on any dvd/vcd player, and it does come out "OK" on their television screen, even though it is PAL.
Review one more time:
Just omit what kind of dvd/vcd player they have and TV.

Thank you, but I actually figure out that when exporting the timeline, it should be MPEG which is considered to be a VCD type reading.
anyway - I do have another question...
If we started our PROJECT in the VIDEO COMPRESSOR:
DV - NTSC mode
and when exporting it to a movie for the PIXEL RATIO...
