If you are calling the same report from different places with different data, I would use a select case statement based on a variable that I passed to the on open event. Ex... sub report_open(i as integer) Select Case i case 1 me.recordsource = ("Select * from .....") case 2...- programmerchick

continuing report/label formatting to end of page
My database has an access 97 front end and an Oracle 8 backend. I'm trying to print a label-like report with 3 columns and 17 rows per page. I have been able to get the specific data I need, but when I run out of data, the formatting stops. I have tried dumping the data into a table first...- programmerchick
