Just as an addendum, the SERV ENBL/DSBL on the DCH does not actually affect the SERVICE RESTORE on the associated Loop.- Prinz

Service Restore on PRI in LD60
I had a SERVICE RESTORE: NO about an hour ago. Probably too many LOSFA due to faulty fibre. I did what I normally do when I'm having DCH/Loop issues, and that I haven't seen in this thread yet. Disable the DCH, Disable the Loop, Enable the Loop. This changed it from SERVICE RESTORE: NO to YES.- Prinz
