Creating a new profile also doesn't get the color tab. I guess i'll give up and if i get desperate i might ask the IT Staff. Thanks for trying.

Thanks but, There is only one printer profile in the list "Factory defaults" . I selected and loaded it. Though i have all the tab options like set up, font, Graphics,overlay but not color tab!
