    Actually I figured it out. I removed the Link Child and Master Fields and it works fine. I've never ran into that before. My brain must've taken a vacation day without me knowing. Thanks for your patience, Rolliee.

    Right and that's the problem. Even if I make the RowSource = the table that is associated with (i.e. tblSearch) it will still only give 2 or three records.

    The RowSource is "frmCompanySub" which is the name of the subform.
