    Hello. We have a NEAX 2400 IMS that all of the sudden does not allow outgoing dialing through CCIS T1's or ISDN PRIs. Outgoing calls using direct trunk access (##) works fine, any trunk. Incoming calls also work fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
