Line 3 dropping calls
Thanks for the advice. I looked at the Demarcation point, and its all greek to me. The incoming lines are only numbered with the telco's trunk #s (I think that's the term), and I have no idea which is the problem line. I'll have to get our phone tech in to look at it.- prbi

Ok, this forum is a little above my tech level, so I'll probably leave out tons of important information, but here's what I've got. A few days ago it was brought to my attention that incoming calls on line 3 (either directly to that #, or landing on it when others are occupied) get dropped...- prbi
