Hi FaeryFyrre and all, I am shocked. I followed Faer's suggestion of linking the images rather than embedding them and then compacted the database. To my utter surprise and joy, the database FE went from 260 MB to 17.4MB. That's amazing!!! Thanks a ton guys. It really helped me. Regards.
