When I attempt to authorize a DHCP server I get the message "The specified servers are already present in the directory service". The server is not currently authorized though. The server has been through a recent IP address change.
Hi, can you confirm that you are running Exchange5.5 and not Exchange2000 or Exchange2003? I'm a little suspicious because of the contents of your Start/Programs/Exchange.
"System Manager" is a component of the later versions of Exchange.
If you are using Exchange2000/2003, check this link...
Before we start, please don't tell me how silly this is :)
I have a client who wants to have workstations call an application on a Win2k Terminal server. That application's only function will be to call an application on a different Win2k Terminal server. That application will run a SQL...

Thanks Marsd
You confirmed my suspicions about the attempt. Unfortunately rinetd won't work in my case. The DMZ contains multilple web and FTP servers. I think I'll probably break the external IP block into two subnets. I can put one subnet in the DMZ (providing some protection) and leave...
I'm assuming that you have the interfaces installed and ip-forwarding turned on so that it's acting like a router. To limit a subnet from crossing, you can set ipchains to block the particular subnet.
Set the policies first by issuing:
ipchains -P input ACCEPT
ipchains -P output ACCEPT...
Hi all. Here's my situation.
I'm setting up a firewall with RedHat 7.1. I have 3 network cards installed and working.
eth0 address 64.1.1.1/27 points to internet
eth1 address 64.1.1.27/27 points to DMZ network
eth2 address 10.0.0.76/8 points to internal network
