What version are you using?
Use the "Type a contact to find" field, when you are doing an advanced search. This always returns the email address.

What is your screen resolution? Have you installed the most recent service packs for your outlook?

Unless you copy into Word then print that. The header is part of the message. You can also edit
the message to trim down the header. then close the message and do not save it.

If you are using Outlook, you can either make the pane for the appointments wider by grabbing the right border of that pane with the mouse and moving it or use a view like Day/Week/Month with AutoPreview.
