VBK (Call Pilot) File format help needed
If if I'm correct, I have my customer bring the pre-recorded wav files into the system through the greeting section and save the file,it then is a vbk file format. Then he puts that file in the proper selective prompt box? Thanks for all the help guys Ken- postman56

VBK (Call Pilot) File format help needed
Can anyone tell me how one goes about getting .wav files into a Nortel 100/150 system if they are already pre-recorded? Apparently they need to be .vbk extentions,with a 8000 khz,8 bit .wav file to start with.- postman56
