Yes, it is. I actually have that setup running for my kitchen printer. You can use regular CAT5/5e UTP cable, but you need a RJ45 TO DB15-M ADAPTER, to plug in the printer's serial port. I think the pin-out can be found in the aloha documentation somewhere.- POSitivistic
