Mike, We were intending to use the scheduler and when we set the phone number up as a group field, a Group selection area became available as well as a record selection area. Thanks for your help on this - it will be very useful to us now we can set up group formulae. PP

demunchkin, I got this error also. I solved it by doing Database - Set Location and pointing the location to the server rather than the equivalent Windows Explorer drive. Hope this helps. Regards, PP
