Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
Hi, I am working in telecommunications industry for some time now and I would like to start studying CTI too, but I don't know with what I should start (courses, self-studying). I saw CTI as being a require for some jobs in telecom. Any ideas on that?- popescul
