I can receive calls on a digital set with 8509. I can also receive a call from my cell phone on the fax machine if I pickup the handset on the fax machine. The issue seems to be trying to connect one fax to another from outside the switch. I'm stumped.

The DID is 8509 and yes all digital sets work fine. I have three fax machines with this problem.
