I have the same problem, and after a workaround it shows up again after about 1 or 2 months.
The workaround is to delete the Bricklevel account in Active Directory, then run Exchange Agent Configuration, and create a new account with the same name as before.
I have no final solution so...

If you still did not solve this problem, remove the line "dialer map snapshot 1 name Cisco1750 broadcast *********". Probably you made the configuration with Configmaker. Configmaker adds this line which causes the line to come up.
Configuration: several 801's dialing in on 2620 with PRI module.
Problem: With no expected traffic, 801's dialup every 15 minutes during 23 minutes with interval of 2 minutes.
So let's say unexpected dialup starts at 13:00 until 13:23 (2 minutes up, two minutes down).
