Sorry , not been on line much.
Just get into config as you described and then set everything to manual. the last (or almost last) option it TFTP IP. This will work on any switch that complies with 802.1af or use a powerpack.

Loadware <=/=> Firmware are two different things.
To load phone firmware just mannually configure the phone and point the TFTP option to your PC and be running a TFTP server like "BulletProof TFTP" or any other, there are lots out there. The phone will connect and install the file you have...
Hi all,
I am wanting to get an understanding of the requirements to install CS1000 systems (AACC, AVP, CP, etc.)and how this would be affected by a secure network enviroment. Here is a scenario;
Installer is supplied company laptop. Security policies will be excessive so only approved apps...
No, Config wiz has no affect BUT I think I am on to it. My guess is that the lanuage file is corrupted. I am not sure of the orriginal lanuage that was installed but I installed two lanuages (english US & AUS) on a recomendation from Avaya unrelated to this job. After swapping a users lanuage I...

Hi, I am not much of a programmer - I tend to just bolt bits of code together to get what I want. My problem is that I need to make a script that will time expire and not let people do silly things like set the clock back. I have a script that can do this (compiled version only), it uses the...
