    Took a new job as system admin with minor help on phones. System is a bcm 400 and many of the phones are mismarked as to what extension they are. I know if i hit feature button and a code, i can get it to display phones extension, just cant remember what the feature code was. Need to display...

    Came into a "strange" situation this morning. As noraml, always look at my phone, light was off, no messages. About 10 minutes later i swing around in my chair and the light on with "message for you" displayed.I didnt miss a call. BUt oh well, i log into voice mail , says i have 0 new, 0 saved...

    That is correct, in night mode its acting correctly. Out of night mode, the phone rings only at the main number than kicks to voicemail.

    Should have been more clear, sorry. Its setup on one phone, on a button so we push that sends it into night mode. If we take it out of night mode, will not do hunt group.Just rings at that one location than goes to VM.

    Thanks for your quick reply. Want i want to have happen is simple, ring all phones in the hunt group until someone picks up. We are a 24/7 operation but no one person will be at no one extension, needs to ring all extensions until someone picks up
