Com port already open or busy
After doing a BIOS upgrade on a Supermicro P5STE motherboard with an INTEL 166 processor I can no longer use my modem in Windows 98. Windows recognizes all my hardware fine with no IRQ conflicts. I have a serial mouse on COM1 and IRQ4 (03F8-03FF). My 3Com 56K winmodem gets IRQ12 (0118-011F)...- pjduffy
