Converting to curves is do-able. I'll try that. Don't understand the active font part. I open the eps in PS and it appears with the boxes.- pixelpyro

Regardless of the font, when I save an eps and open it in Photoshop, the apostrophes and indents turn into squares (like the ones you get when the character doesn't exist in the font).- pixelpyro
