Tools / Options / Workspace / Edit / Nudge Box
You'll see Super Nudge there too.
Default is 0.1 inch so make it smaller.

Update: I'm having some success by exporting the image as a jpg file and editing it with PhotoPaint. The export combines everything together and while preserving the layering I want. Then I can replace the each color I want separated with black, while changing the the others and the background...
