Thanks all.
Thining of using Edge Transport server to do address re-writing. Sit it in C domain and have trusts between A and B domain. Then (eventually) move A and B users and computers into C domain. Thoughts on this?
Thanks,
Tim.
Have you checked under the security TAB in AD (not 'Exchange Advanced') the actual security TAB. Lots of options in there "Send as" will be the one you are looking for. Check that 'domain users' or 'all users' or another global group don't have those permissions set by default.
Thanks,
Tim.

Do you have a DNS server? Is the DNS server being used as a/the DNS server?
Have you checked 'Administrative Tools/DNS' and checked that the records are correct?

With the connections, from the PC does it go:
PC -> Switch -> ADSL Router or does it go
PC -> Switch...
Here is a way to uninstall it. The link also advises the exact location of the above file. I think these are restore point files (archive files). It does advise not to uninstall using this method. Only for emergencies, but it does say the location of the file, which you will then be able to see...
Sorry, don't know the exact uninstall file for SP4. I just chose a random one from the list on my PC to put in the above post. If you have the install file, as you are about to install it, I think it tells you which number it is.
Sorry not to be more specific.

See if changing your subnet mask helps. You may have to change IP addresses to a 10.0.0.0 range. the 192.168.0.X range with a 255.255.255.0 class only allows 254(6) hosts.
Try changing your subnet mask to 255.255.248.0. This will allow for 192.168.X.X to be seen.
You may need to change to a...
There is a strange issue with this. You should be able to update the time on any workstation from whichever server you want.
If you want to update the server times from an external time source, you will need to do this with the server that holds the PDC FSMO role.
