    Hi Intrigrant, when I changed it to that shortcode, I was unable to make any outgoing calls. Its a live system now, so I am unable to make many changes like this in the day I will try again tonight with it, see if I cant make that work. N; 0 N Dial. I will post a sysmon dump shortly.

    I found a workaround, going into the services and making sure that the telephony service was working and started. try restarting the service, then giving the dialler.exe a try.
