Hi: We have version 7 Sp3 and have license for Vault Tracker Enterprise Pilsum

Has any one had problems with Vault Tracker Reporting utility? It is not as granular as the CommVault literature suggest. For example, it cannot be set up to report on media that will age the following week.

Thanks for the response. Yes this is 6.1 with all the SP2 and all patches applied. The SCSI driver is integrated in the ISO file -- as per instructions and the 1-Touch wizard's prompts. I think the testing with the SCSI driver on a floppy is worth trying. Thanks again. Pilsum
