I am attempting to route LD calls from Cisco AVID to Nortel OPT 81 through Tie lines and then out ATT LD trunks. I can make a LD call from Cisco and it hits the operator on the Nortel.Any suggestions would be a great help. Thanks for the help Mike Patti

I tried the suggestions given and still no luck,I did some testing and found out that if you dial the ACOD and don't have a TGAR of 8 it also goes straight to the operator.Any other suggestions? Thanks for the help Mike Patti
