    Yes, EAS was purchsed for both the switch & CMS server. From your answer, I'm assuming that I need to make the needed changes directly from the CMS server?

    I'm using a MM711AP at one of our clinical locations as a trunk card. For the past 2-3 days, the users have been complaining that calls are dropping as soon as they pickup the call. As anyone had any troubles with this circuit pack being used as a trunk card? Thanks In Advance.

    PhoneTeck, what are the udp codes for your other switches? As Zen216 stated, you'll need to use aar. If you could post the setup, we could probably steer you in the right direction.
