I did not know you could do that. I added the VMLimit table to the query. I put the one field (minimum) into the query. Under criteria I entered >=[minimum], and it worked. Thank you

I am not an expert, but I fax reports daily. I have set up my computer's FAX card as one of my printers. When I have a report on the screen, I simply select PRINT and then select the FAX machine as the printer and go from there. Works for me.

I am sorry, I must not have made myself clear. =dlookup("extension","devices","device_id=text1") works. I just do not want that extra step of creating text1 I want to use the same field name device_id in the criteria.
