So does this mean that I can't open the Trunks themselves ?

Several times, unfortunately no help. The only things I see that I can open are the TN's of the phones and the CDN's.

Thanks again, I have added the route to the trunk table already and the TAPI does seem to have aquired it as the aquired but nothing appears in the list of TAPI devices that I can see to open. The SUPN prompt does not appear on the list of options for the route, something to do with the fact...

I was looking to do a CTI application to monitor the trunks on our meridian system, however when importing the exchange information into the database application the trunk TN's don't seem to get imported. Can anyone give me any clue as to what I'm doing wrong or if it is even possible with TAPI...
