I was wanting to use it for two things :
1. Monitor activity on the trunks to check load on the ISDN line
2. Potentially do something to record the calls.

Thanks for the help, I already had the trunk set up that way but when I import this into the TAPI database I don't see any evidence of the trunk. Any other suggestion ?

I was looking to do a CTI application to monitor the trunks on our meridian system, however when importing the exchange information into the database application the trunk TN's don't seem to get imported. Can anyone give me any clue as to what I'm doing wrong or if it is even possible with TAPI...
