how can you identify "stale mailboxes" with call pilot
With Meridian Mail, there were reports that could be generated that would display stale mailboxes or mailboxes that had been unused for say 3 months. Is this not a feature that was carried into Call Pilot?- PhoneGuy7007

Automated announcement of ANI/ALI
We are trying to look for a way, to be able to dial a # that can play a recording of the # we are calling from. The ALI/ANI info is obviously recorded in CP, but we are unsure if we need to write a new script or not.- PhoneGuy7007
