If I swap out the software card- I'm assuming I'd have to reprogram the entire vmail?

Has anyone heard of this? When prompted to dial the extension, users trying to get 233 end up at 223. I've heard there is a glitch and the 2 is being echoed? Anyone have a fix? Aside from rendering entire system. System is an old mics with a startalk flash 4 port.

we've got an old DK48 system we inherited - previous owner claims it had caller id, our local interconnect doesnt think its capable and our provider claims there is caller id on the lines-- any suggestions?

I've got a customer with a cics and call pilot with AA answering after 2 rings, then a ccr tree to guide the caller to the proper set. the caller id used to appear on the chosen set but now only appears maybe 4 out of 10 calls - the rest of the time the display reads " line 002 transfer" any...

Ive got a mics with flash 1.5 and when i go to check a saved message i get "cannot continue" then exit and im out- i can retrieve a new msg.ive reset my password and rebooted vmail. Anyone seen this before?

my IATA - (yellow slate on lines amphenol) is not working- i get nothing - any ideas why? Ive checked wiring and amphenols but still nothing???
