Connectin WinSPM (R8) to Admin Port (Direct)
jlshelton, the cable is a regular cat5 (not a crossover). just checked the settings - N,8,1,2400, flow control is none....still no luck...any ideas? thank you.- phoneguy12

People, could someone help please. i am trying to set up a dirrect connection from a PC to Merlin magix box. i got WinSPM (R8), i got 355A (male), i got DB25 to DB9 from radioshack (part #26-265B) pinout (from the back of the box) 1-8 2-3 3-2 4-20 5-7 6-6 7-4 8-5 9-22 and a CAT5 cable. it does...- phoneguy12
