Well, I tried what you said, went to the links provided, and nothing. I also upgraded one of my ports from USB 1.1 to 2.0, and again, nothing. Short of taking into a shop for 'data recovery', I feel like I've tried everything. >.<- phlipm34

To piggy-back on the OP, after doing everything in 'disk management', the drive (same kind as OP)still is not listed as an option. I haven't contacted vendor, yet, and am hoping to resolve on my own. <crossing fingers> TIA!- phlipm34
