We came across this issue as well. It appears that according to the 9600 documentation that you must use this cord. However, it works with remarkably few headsets. Hi. I have a problem with a new CM server we have recently installed. When a call comes in on the main line it is routed to extension 5200. This extension has a coverage path to a vdn. So when 5200 doesn't answer the call hits the vector assigned to the vdn and gives the user some options...- phinsfan
