Hi don't know whether anyone has the answer, but my outlook express on xp is taking ages to load. A when i click it to load the command prompt box loads and then disappears? Any help gratefully recieved

Just wondering if anyone had some advice for me. I haven't much to say apart from my PC restarts with no warning after irregular periods of time. Sometimes itsfine for ages, other times it restarts just as xp is loading my personel settings.
