Phaser 840 Printhead Question (please help)
I do not know what problems I will have after I deal with this one. I am a novice to this. Are you suggesting that I can clean out the excess ink from the "ink load assy" and that might help fix it? The pages that print out are very light, as though they did not get enough ink, and faded.- phaseol

I believe the 840 I recieved as junked may have a bad printhead. I just fixed the y-axis assembly it now can move on to this. I am afraid I don't know if the printhead is the problem. My question is: is the printhead the part that the wax actually buts up to and is melted by? It appears to...- phaseol
