Corrupted Table
This definitely seems to be the way to fix it. I haven't completely fixed the whole database but tried a smaller scale fix in a blank database and it works great. THANK YOU!!!! We are undergoing reviews and everyone's performance is in this table!!!- pgwhalen

Thank you for the tip! I did indeed find some corrupted data in the table and all the fields in that record show squares instead of text. I tried to delete that record but am coming up with this error: "The search key was not found in any record" Click "OK" then...- pgwhalen
