Update: We tried replacing the ROS/Scanner motor unit and the problem went away... temporarily. After about 5 prints, the message came back. Despite our best efforts to troubleshoot, it was never able to print after that.- PGTlaser

Phaser 7700 Error 11
I have a Xerox Phaser 7700 that displays an error 11, as well as shows that all four cartridges are missing. I have checked all the voltages, reseated the cables, replaced the engine controller board, and reset the NVram Tech Rep settings. When I go into service mode it says "<6,372> ROS motor...- PGTlaser
