    Open without saving Level 2....

    I am in the same situation - need a leve2remove fix for an Outlook 2003 / Exchange 2003 environment. Do you know of an article that explains how to do this? Many thanks, Phil Graham

    Cant save attachments in Outlook 200 to hard disk

    see MS article number 810646. It explains how to obtain a download from Microsoft to fix this issue. It occurs when MS Office 2000 SP3 is installed. I believe. I used the fix myself and it worked. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;810646
