I am quite new to EMG. I am trying to setup extensions that point to a cellular phone number but when I have filled everything in that I can I get this note: Please enter rewquired input(s). When I press OK it marks up "Category". This drop down box is empty when i choose extension type...

Does the MD110 keep history lists over external numbers (where avilable) that have called in to a specific extension? I want to know what telephone number the last caller to a specific extension had.

Ok, how do I do that?

No, the date is fine. I want to display more info in the window. On the second line, where it only says "317" (my extension) now, I would like it to say for example "[last called number] 317". Can I somehow set what info is shown in the window?

Also, I'm not IS/IT Management. I chose the wrong line. How do I change it?

Is there any way to change what information is displayed in the display of digital equipment? For example, I have a Dialog 3212 which now shows: 17:11 Apr07 2003 317 I want to be able to choose what is shown in this window of the equipment...
