    GSC, We have created few filters, so that it does not include certain files to be backed up on C:\. This error has just started about 5 weeks ago. I Have tried to find the file but no joy. The in concer is ";". I have also tried to creating a dummy file but stil no joy.

    The software was installed as Administrator and then logged as a user into Lotus Notes. We have manage to resolve the issuse by resetting permission on C:\drive.
