    Unfortunately, in win2k, printers are setup for individual users and not all users (setup in each individuals profile). This is for ease when using roaming profiles.

    Why don't you just create a share to the file that is being used and mark it for offline use also?

    Do you use roaming profiles on your network? If no, then delete/rename his local profile and have his log in again ... If yes, then you will also have to delete/rename the profile on the network also. Hope this helps, Mark

    If you have administrative rights, you can also modify the "PATH" by Right clicking on My Computer, Selecting Properties, clicking the Advance Tab, clicking the Evironment button. In this window, scroll down in the lower of the two windows, and click on Path, then click on Edit...

    Bureaucrat, the CompuServe2000 is just an upgraded version and will update the classical version with no problem. I hope this at least helps some. :-)

    JPL0457, Have you tried setting up environment variables under the advanced tab in system properties? You can also edit the path statement in the PATH system variable. I hope this helps.

    Win2000 Imaging

    Dillard, Do you have the FAX/Imaging components of Win2K installed (Control Panel/Add Remove Programs/Windows Components)? If so, you might want to check your folder options>File Types and create a file association for the AWD file extension. I hope this helps.
