Win XP Oversize Help Fonts
Thanks for the suggestions. The problem is on one of my client's machines and she reports that none of the fixes worked. I hope to attend site and try for myself soon, meanwhile if anyone has any other ideas I'd be grateful. I have a feeling this is AOL related Peter- petertutor

Win XP Oversize Help Fonts
On a machine using Win XP Home - the Help fonts are very large and seemingly uncontrollable. The Same machine uses AOL and the E-mails suffer the same font oversizing. Re-setting the fonts has no effect. Would appreciate some help with this.- petertutor

Windows 98 machine will not shutdown
If your machine has a LAN card and you are not on a LAN then try > Control panel > System > Device Manager > Network adaptors > Rt click on the LAN card > Properties > General tab > Check box "Disable in this herdware profile > Reboot.- petertutor
