    Did you find any solution for the "Panasonic KX-NCS8100 IP_Softphone_NCS_v4.2.0.15 didnt work... IP_Softphone_NCS_v5.0.0.29 didn't work too. Only change was updating to windows 11 24h2 from 23h2" - according to your January 29 post? Did you tried a third-party softphone or something else?

    Have been troubleshooting all afternoon, the fix I have found for our environment is editing the parameters.txt file in the KX-NCS8100 IP Softphone folder under Program Files.

    Try setting line 20 of the text file, which should be 1 by default to 0.

    We found all the issues with the software locking up when a call is established are fixed.
