One-X AGENT - need documentation now
We have a problem like this everytime an agent logs in on Version 2.0.03102.0... We've been told by our vendor that it's a feature and will be resolved in the next release of software! Not sure that helps you much though...- Perkenstein

Avaya CM CLI/ANI Issues
Hi, I've just commissioned some links to our mobile carrier to take our mobex calls, and have an issue presenting CLI (aka ANI)on diversion, our internal extension numbers are displayed, however, external callers miss the first 3 digits of CLI. Trunk group setup for the mobex link as below...- Perkenstein
