one further bit of info. We have a different inbound call handling system which uses the same tapi to 'pop' screens for inbound calls. Those calls can then be patched out. The system uses the same short code to prefix every outbound call with the appropriate account code and it works perfectly...

Sorry, I should have made clear, it is the users hunt groups that I am referring to. I have the same user in 6 hunt groups, but the hunt group enable button might only take them into three. Can't understand why it doesn't take them in and out off all hunt groups they are a member of.
